Supercomp c4, some other things, hoping to run 10's...update 10.50@120 on 8 burned pistons...hoping to run 9's no cage in sight
Injectors are not changing the airflow characteristics across the MAF.
Only the injector tables need changed.

An old school Ford EFI trick that guys have been doing for years is to buy a MAF that's been tweaked to provide fueling that matches the injector size they're upgrading too.
In this case, no, you do not need to change anything in the PCM. The replacement matching MAF will provide correct fueling for your new injectors.
So, short answer to the OP: "no"
