Vin search

can anyone search a old car vin, and get the name of the prior owner??? just curious,,,, if anyone can shoot me a pm and i will give you the vin....THANKS

You can do this through the DMV I think. I know you used to be able to. I tracked the original owner of my Roadrunner down in VA years ago. The car had been in IL and VA prior to PA. All 3 states let me do it at that time (1993). He was shocked to say the least.
