Stripes for the 05'

I just bought a 2005 mustang and one of the first things i want to do is tint the windows and get black or maybe even white stripes. Im really not loaded with cash so im not sure about paint or just vinyl stripes. Any opinions or anyone know of any good deals? Just wanted options.

Looks like around 100 for vinyl, and if you don't like it or get sick of it you can take it off. Paint I would think you be way more than that and permanent. good luck.

+1 on the vinyl. If you can do the work yourself with out getting someone to install them you will save alot of money.

One thing that bothers me about vinyl precut stripes is that my car has a custom front end. It looks like the gt500 but its not the same so I'm worried if i got precursor it wont cover the whole front bumper

I would go with vinyl! and from looking at your bumper, the stripes should cover the entire thing. You might just have to trim it a little. Worst case scenario, dont put stripes on your bumpers.

I want the stripes to cover the whole body though. Wings bumpers ect. I think it looks so much cleaner with stripes down the whole thing. And I'm nit sure if I trust myself installing the stripes so I might take it to a body shop

That Guy seems expensive compared to the American muscle site. But how hard is it to install these stripes because I'm not sure if I'm better off going to a shop and having it done

i think his prices are good, he has license to use ford logo's and he uses 3m brand material.

he can also do custom for you as well

i have not purchased from him but his stuff looks top notch

if you want cheaper , there are a ton of options on ebay

The best option I have found so far is americanmuscle.com they have double 12 inch stripes for 100 dollars. It's 3m quality and the comments all say there is enough to cover the car and extra so it would work with my bumper. I'm just worried about messing up the install

If you go the do it yourself route, get some one to help you. And measure, measure, measure.

I would probabily go the YouTube method and watch vids on how to do it. But I just don't want my mustang to look like shit either
