    Longtubes and emissions?

So I might be getting a set of longtubes....what are my chances of passing emissions with longtubes and an o/r H in westmoreland county?

We do a visual inspection and the emissions scanner where they plug it into the obdII port.

just get o2 eliminators... they'll keep the rear o2's from throwing a code... you should then be good to go

That was my thought. Didn't know if shops would physically look for cats or not though

Any 96 and up that gets an OBD II test does not get a visual. 95 and down get a visual. Non emissions counties get a visual as part of the inspection on all cars. A few counties get a visual and gas cap test only for everything. Westmoreland 96 and up no visual. Anybody failing a 96 and up car for missing components on a visual that gets an OBD II test is breaking the law.
