idle dropping down to 300.. need help

when i first start my car the idle goes from around 900 and bounces from 300 to 500, and sometimes staying around 600 or 700 but its a rough idle. then when i put it into first it almost feels like the e brake is on, and its hard to get it going... happen to anyone before?

does it straighten out and idle right once it gets warmed up? if so it sounds like an IAC.

replaced fuel filter, seafomed, cleaned IAC and MAF, checked for vacuum leaks... took it out today, same thing, and started to backfire.. but when it got warm it ran fine.. talked to 3 mechanics, no one could figure out whats wrong..
