Just sold my 06 and have a Diablosport tuner for sale. I reloaded the factory tune in the GT before I sold it, so I believe the tuner can now be used on another vehicle.
I was always skeptical about tuners (never used one before) but the Diablosport really changed my opinion. I could definitely feel (and hear) the additional power with the 93 octane tune, but I really liked the fact that the Diablosport tune eliminated the drive-by-wire lag and other factory nuisances.
With the factory tune, when the clutch is depressed, you can’t blip the throttle when you downshift. Also, when you upshift, the factory tune kills the power when you push in the clutch. With the Diablosport tune (and other manufacturers, I presume), it feels like you’re driving a car that has a real cable between the gas pedal and the throttle body. A lot more fun to drive.
I used the tuner twice a year starting in 2007 before and after my state inspection.
I paid $319 for it new (I still have the receipt, box and instructions). Will sell for $150.
I live in the eastern part of Pittsburgh and could meet the buyer somewhere convenient.
