    4 Prostalgia nitro funny cars
    4 nitro Harleys

    Or...
Enter the gambler's race Friday night, for $20, and get to race and save money compared to the spectator admission. Same for Saturday, race Trophy (12.00 and slower, no slicks or open headers) for $20, Street (12.00 and slower, slicks and open headers allowed) for $30, or Modified (transbrakes allowed) for $40. I just hope the weather cooperates!!

This should be a really cool show and like CobraII said, if you come Friday enter the no box class and you can save money compared to the spectator fee plus get atleast 3 run or more and if you come Saturday you can enter a class.

I'm going to try and go Saturday with the family. My 1 1/2 year old son would love to see Megasaurus .

From what I understand, all spectators will be parking on the right side of the track, no racers. All racers should use the back gate and pit on the left lane/Carmen's Cafeteria side.

I'm really looking forward to this. I think a couple of the rigs are already here. I hope the weather cooperates for Friday night. It looks real nice for Saturday.

Was an interesting day saterday. Again dragsters don't do much for me but the funny cars were cool. The nitro bikes I kinda expected more from as Pro Stock bike is just as fast. Still when the riders wear bullet proof vests on one of the things says something. Grave Digger doing a burnout on 66" tires is cool and it beat the jet truck to the 1/8 mile in their race. Spectator turnout looked real good. Stands were packed and people all along fence line. Parking tower side was jammed too.

Double classed in Mod and Street. First pass was fast on a 27" tire. Next two passes the traction disappeared it seemed then fourth time run and was hooking and fast again. Then I mangled a snychro for 2nd.

They had pro photographers at PRP this weekend taking pictures of our cars. I have had pictures of my car from a number of events, but these was simply the sharpest, clearest pictures I've seen as track shots. Really high quality, in the original you can see the pop rivit heads on my intercooler fillers. This is a scan of the picture so the quality is way down, but it's a nice shot (although no wheels up ;) )

Notice Bowman waiting for something to fall off ;)

Your right Bob, the photos were really nice. Crisp clear with plenty of detail.

Wooowww was one hell of a turnout, probably one of the biggest I've ever seen at PRP!!! Theirrs nothing like the feel, smell, and sound of a Nitro burnin rail or funny car!
Pretty crazy all types of jet stuff-Tractor trailor, recliner chair, golf cart,, 7 second wheelstander, seein Grave Digger racin and bakin'em off, the saraus car eater! Grreat Bracket racin goin on too. Some goood times. As usual I can't get enough, the last car down the strips about the time I realize its time to roll out, lol!
Congrats to Bob, Chuck, N. Bowman, the Old school B&R Nova goin rounds, winnin, gettin bi runs n all!!

They gave the class winners Ironman trophies and the runner's up nice plaques ... Tough to get a picture of becasue it's so reflective, but here is mine ...

I am still confused by how our class went down, but whatever ...

Was fun to watch my wife go some rounds in my truck too, she had a heck of a time. I should race my truck more often, that thing always goes rounds :D

Bill, its okay so far. My bigger issue is with clutch now. Friday it slipped coming in hot off the street, Saturday it slipped in the finals after going round robin. In between those it was fine. It seems the new bell is holding heat and causing me issues. The clutch is rated much higher than what I'm making, so I'm not sure the root issue right now. I need to address that, then the T5 likely becomes the next problem.

The bell holding heat issue I have heard before, too bad you can't drill holes in a $400 plus bell and keep cert, lol. You are my inspiration to get my junk back on the track, keep it up. data log data log.
