I agree with 3.27 at the line, but biased tires will grow on the big end. The taller they are, the more they grow. It's amazing how much gear they will suck out.

3.27 at the line and 3.18 on the top end assuming the tire grows 1 inch to 29 inches :) . You would want between a 3.73 and 3.90 to get back to stock gearing running a 28 inch tire. Probably more towards 3.90 if the tire grows.

Roughly every 1" of tire change equates to .12 points of a gear ratio change.
