2001 cougar spark plug change

Hey all, has anyone ever had the sheer pleasure of changing the plugs in a newer cougar? Front ones are easy, back three are almost impossible.

YEAH, but it's been a while. I think the book says to pull the upper plenum. I could check for you tomorrow if you'd like?

Yes upper intake removed.

well the one I need to pull, # 1, which is misfiring, is "kinda" accessable, I can get my hand around it, but can't get a good enough grip to pull it out.
