What are the tire specs ( ?? / ?? / 18 ) and the traction and temperature ratings, as well as the treadwear number? Also, what is the backspacing on the rims?

I can't see you getting near $800 for those wheels and tires. They're nice, but they're factory wheels and tires and folks just don't get that much for them.
The other stuff seems to be priced pretty right.

The tuner, nitrous kit, and CAI you have will get snatched right up over there at the prices you have listed here. You'll probably have to drop the wheels down to $500 or so.
