    The begining of a very long project....

    I took advantage of the weather today and picked my brother up so we can see what condition the '69 is in.... its worse than what I first thought. No way it will be done this year since I can only work on it one or two weekends a month, if that. Its also going to be a huge learning experience since I have never done any real work on a car, but what other way is there to learn! Also took some picks of my DD, since she was getting a little jealous! lol. ;)

    In the one close up pic of the front headlight you can see that it did have a paint job. Here is a pic...damn thing is dusty here to.

    Looks to me with a car with good promise. But probly alot of money depending on how far you go with it.

    yeah but it wouldn't be able to just be driven down like his cobra...so he would have to get it one a trailer, and drive it down there...and....and....ok I'm tired,.....hahaha, just kidding I want to learn so it will probably take a really long time, not to mention money, but I will be able to say that I did it! unless it blows up or something, then I'll blame my brother!

    69 AND 70 ARE MY 2 FAV YEARS OF THE OLDER STANGS. THAT CAR IS A GREAT STARTER AND IF YOU TAKE YOUR TIME I'M SURE IT WILL BE BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU ARE DONE

    MY 69 USED TO BE BLUE VERY SIMILAR TO YOURS. MY CAR WAS IN BAD BAD BAD SHAPE AND I WAS ABLE TO BRING IT BACK TO LIFE, BUT IT TOOK ALMOST 10 YEARS. IT CAN BE DONE JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND TRY TO HAVE FUN DOING IT. GOOD LUCK

    Thats a nice solid start. We have all kinds of goodies @ Laurel Mountain for that car.
