Can I Delete This

I have a 94 gt that I want to clean up the engine bay some by deleting things. I've already removed smog, egr, A/C, idler, tensioner, P/S and any lines or brackets for them. I have a few questions on removing other parts and their hoses.

1 Inside the passenger fender there is something square with vacuum lines conected. What does this control and do? 1 small vacuum line conects to tubing that runs with fuel lines? (I didnt get to check yet because I got caught in the rain) And another t's into a small canister with a electric plug on bottom in the engine bay.

2 Cruise control. I know its in the drivers fender, but can I just remove it?

1 sounds like vapor canister and purge valve?, for evaporative emissions.. remove at your own risk.

2 yes, tuck the plugs and cap the lines, control cable just clips on the throttle

Everything in the passenger fender is emmisions crap, so its all removable. The third brake line is a vent for the fuel tank. If you remove everything just leave it as is but DO NOT plug it.
