Will a Fox strut fit through the strut tower hole ?

I can't break loose the bolt on the strut, so I was thinking about unbolting the factory caster/camber plates and just lifting the whole assembly upwards through the shock tower hole ? Will this work ?

I'm installing a set of Bilsteins and MM caster/camber plates.

On my SHO, my buddy put a 5 FOOT pipe ( yes five feet long ) over the breaker bar to bust the nut loose on the strut. He may have heated it up a bit beforehand as well. I couldn't believe how much force it took to do it.

Should fit, but it is just as easy to cut the nut off with a dremel.

Hit it with some PB Blaster or equivalent and let it sit for an hour. If that doesn't do it hit nut with some heat.

or just cut the nut :)

A good impact gun will usually do the trick also.
