    Flashlight Drags @ the Beave 7/16

    Anyone going to the FLD's at the Beave on Sat? Looks like they're running after the PVGP is done. I would guess the FLD's will start at 5pm or so.:)

    Planning on being there but my car sure is fighting me. It doesn't want to race this year lol..

    PVGP has vintage racing that day as well. Go EARLY EARLY and watch the vintage races!!

    I'm not going Saturday - but I'll be there on Sunday. Always a GREAT time!!

    I'm goin to be headin out with some peeps if the weather holds off! Possibly racing my uncle's 2010 Challenger R/T. But no tracion on the airstrips was alwayz part of the fun of racing at the FLD's!

    I agree racing no-prep is fun but it is dumb when the place you are racing has less hook than an asphalt road.

    Yeah like Pacefever sayin, I've beat n had some good upsets against more hp cars on street tires, then the next FLD's most of'em went and purchased Drag Radials! haha Btw asphalt roads do have better traction than the airstrips, n like Mater said its takes a bit of driving skills ta hook up too. But I'll be their racing my uncle's Dark Silver/grey Titanium 2010 Challenger R/T!
