    Changing tune at track

Was wondering does the computer take a few passes to adjust itself fully to a change in the tune if made at track?

Asking as I made a pass yesterday and it was slower than expected. Looked at datalog and added fuel from 4-7k. Car responded by picking up nearly a tenth. Added a little more fuel to 4-7k and it picked up a lttle more and I left it alone for rest of day. Problem it seemed is it kept picking up each pass to point I gained solid .15 Ended up running pretty damn quick for a hot humid day.

I had added new front O2 sensors with new set of NTK's as my less than year old Bosch's crapped out and were stuck lean.

Did you see gains in trap speed as well?

At WOT the car disregards O2 sensor input and uses the MAF only for fueling- no fuel trims are used at all.

So, while part throttle driving can be dramatically effected after re-flashing your ECM during the fuel trim "learning period", WOT isn't going to be effected.

So...no. If you were picking up ET (or more importantly in this case, trap speed) it's because the changes you made were benificial- after that, it's likely just coincidental.
