    Chassis stiffining

I just had Tim at Rodheaver's install subframe connectors on my car and I must say he did and excellant job I can definely notice a difference in handling and lauching, and I was also wondering if there is anything else I can do to stiffin my chassis for better handling and a more solid feel.

When I installed subframe connectors on my car I noticed a difference, but when I put the 8 pt. cage in it it really made a difference.

my car is just for weekend cruises i dont think a roll cage is neccessary. now about the strut tower brace. my car came with one. i've been debating weather or not to remove it to accommidate a cold air intake. I've removed it for a few days and drove it around I cant really tell a differance in handing too much, also I've had some people tell me that its okay to take it off that it wont hurt anything. and i've had some people tell me that its not good because my strut towers might bend and what not. I really dont know what to do i'm at a loss. so I was just thinking about installing a high flow air kit that just uses a big filter attached to the end of the MAF.

I would say if you have connectors you dont need it. Now whole car has to flex not just front. I would think.

I read that cold air intakes dont flow any better than K&N filter on a stock intake. Im sure it depends on wether you were gonna go big with your mass air sensor n throttle body but i dont see the point in wastin money on an intake.
I dont care if it circles the world 11 times in 1 second. If its front wheel drive, its worthless.
