Auto Transport

Anybody know of or have any experience working with an auto transport company? I have to ship a car from Pittsburgh to North Dakota and would like to go with someone via a referal rather then just pick a random company.

Mike I have used Inner City Lines and my buddy just used them last week to take a mustang from here to phx ...they are enclsoed and they really do a nice job ....ask fo Niki

I figured I'd post within this thread. How do you go about shipping a car:

title get transferred first?
do you keep insurance on the car during transit?

Anything else to worry about being the shipper?

When I had a car shipped, I sent the truck with a certified check, and he came back with a car and a signed title.

Mike, I used A guy from south Carolina to ship my car up from TN. He was priced fairly and I would trust him if I had an exotic being shipped by him. Go around the broker and straight to the source. Hes a total car guy and has a little collection of his own....

this should be a sticky...maybe get a SCS discount from Dean
