I would say that nitrous, after market forced induction, performance cylinder heads, high lift/duration camshafts, high flow intake manifolds, custom tuning, and roll cages are definitely all "stock". The car is basically stock until you put Flowmaster mufflers on it. The presence of Flowmaster mufflers basicaly makes the car immediately "not stock".

This should include stock air pressure as well. Messing with the air pressure setting from the factory is the same as messing with the factory computer settings.
