Definitely is a lot to do. I was there for 4 days and I only spent about 6 hours gambling.
If I could recommend anything it would be to either: 1)ride the rides on top of Stratosphere or b) goto Ghost Bar at the top of the Palms. Get all dressed up and go drink whiskey sours and feel like a rockstar!
