Growing up, PA had the nicest Antique Plates. The Purple with white letters was a badge of honor to a vehicle 25 years or older. Leave it to a Rendel Administration to screw it up. Someone in our PA govt decided to make the antique plated look like the rest. Would love to find out who did this? To make matters worst, they throw this old picture of a vintage car on the plate.
