When I got the car home from Columus Indiana, I claybarred it and waxed it with meguires gold class but the paint still had a few swirl scratches and water spots etc that didnt come out. So today I broke out the Meguires ultimate compound and followed it up with another coat of gold class. All I gotta say is the Ultimate Compond is the Sh!t!!! I used a hand 6.5" orbital buffer with microfiber pads. A little tip though, DO NOT let the compound dry before wiping it off. I forgot about a section and it was a b!tch to remove!

The kid that bought it seemed cool though...The Mach 1 is definetly an impressive upgrade. I installed a maf screen and an air diverter I picked up on Mach 1 registry the other day. The maf screen is from the OEM intake and was to smooth out the idling with the K&N intake installed. The diverter is supposed to lower intake temps and sits in the shaker (It was cheap so why not). After the install I took her out for a little romp. I shut her down @ 95 in 4th and I couldnt wipe the smile off of my face. I was actually laughing out loud in the car.
