    New vehicle... to store lol

    1978 F150 Ranger 2wd camper special.. that is very clean.. i have to get the hood and roof clearcoat fixed and top of bed.. but its got a 351M with auto 9inch rear. got the factory mags for it that will go on after i get classic plates.. my grandmother gave it to me.. my grandfather had it for as long as i can ever remember..it was never driven in snow. so ill have the clear fixed and tuck it in the garage maybe a few car shows a year with it

    Very, very nice. Dad always has the 4wd versions. Even had a High Boy.

    Just did a 1968 F100.......put a 429CJ and top loader 4 speed. Quite a bit different than the 240 straight six we yanked out!

    I thought 78's still had the round headlights?

    I think the higher model trucks in '78 had square. The others had round.

    When I first started for the company I work for, I had a 78 1 ton and it had round headlights

    Not "higher" by weight class, but by option package. I think Dad had a '78 "Explorer" model that had square headlights.
