My college is flooded with kids like this. I like the kids with the 08+ Super Duty diesel trucks, 4 door 4wd Lariats. My parents couldn't even afford to buy me a truck like that LOL.

Agreed. Its becoming a big problem in my area. I made the mistake of giving the Steel Valley Supernationals another try this year and it was full of assholes in their diesel trucks.

In the 8000 miles I've driven the Shelby, I have had more diesel pick ups try to race me then ricers or vettes....

A little off topic, but I agree with Mike about the whole "daddy bought it" thing. That pisses me off too. I worked hard and spent (at the time) all of my money on my fox to buy it and build the engine all by myself. I took the time to learn everything and build it, drop in the engine, and work out all the kinks.

Then there are the douchebags who get everything handed to them. Just yesterday I saw a kid who could not have been over 18 years old driving an 06-07 WRX STI, which goes for over $20k. Sorry bud, but no way you bought that yourself working your minimum wage summer job. Also, the fact that he was dressed like a punk ass with a flat brimmed tilted hat and yellow sunglasses on didn't help me like him any better.

Also yesterday I saw a female, once again didn't look any older than college aged, driving a brand spanking new 4 door jeep wrangler unlimited. Those thinks go for ~$34k I believe? Oh yeah she was texting while driving next to me in it as well.

Point is, people who have something that mommy and daddy bought for them piss me off because they don't appreciate it in the least bit and could care less what happens to it. They also didn't work hard for it or make any sacrifices to get it.

Am I jealous of those kids? Sure am. Would I appreciate my car more and feel WAY more proud of myself after purchasing it if I bought a brand new one all by myself? You bet.

yea i get pissed off as well seeing the young punks who have their parents just hand them everything..but not ALWAYS true..my first car was a 94 3000GT and I was 19 when i bought it this was back in 98..but I busted my ass off all summer laying asphalt and saved every dime to buy the car.

I was thinking the same thing. The girl doesnt even seem pissed although you can only see her for a second after it happens. Even so, I would think most people would be screaming at them within the first second anyways lol

That's a big thing down here too. I don't think I could buy a nice truck and cut two large holes in the bed to run the exhaust up behind the cab. Most of them sound pretty good though.
