Question Fox width rear end with disc brakes and 5 lugs.

I want to start ordering parts asap for this rear end.

I already have a Fox housing and 3.55 gears. I'll order the girdle when I buy the axles and I'll probably use a Ford 31 spline carrier.

I want it to be Fox width.
    Don't need ABS.
    5 lug.
    Disc brakes.

What brakes can I use? Can I use 94-04 GT brakes with some type of special brackets or something?

Are these the axles I need?

The axles come with bearings and seals, what's a good kit that comes with all the other bearings and shit that I need for the rear end?

If you are using a fox housing and want to convert to rear disc, the easiest route that I found is Northracecars. Thier bracket works well and if you have questions when you call, you get to talk to the guy that owns the company and designed the bracket, not just a salesman. The only snag that I hit is it kicks out the wheel width a little because I used c clip eliminators. Here is their link and another link to a great site about rear disc conversion and 5 lug conversion for foxes.

Celeste beat me to it. I also used NRC brackets and axles. Worked like a charm.

Did I see somewhere you're building a Factory 5 car? Let me know if you have questions on stuff, we built one at the place I used to work.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

Thanks for the replies. So I think what I need is the bracket only kit in the SN-95 column, that way I can just use normal Mustang V6/GT brakes with Fox width axles. I'll order the brackets, axles, and girdle tomorrow. Anyone have a suggestion for what bearing kit I should buy?

Does this have everything else I'll need?

Yup, got the kit last week. I'll let you know if I have any questions, thanks!

I have the front suspension and brakes done and I'd like to get the rear done soon so I can figure out what size and backspacing wheels to go with for the rear.

I believe that kit is what you are looking for and yes, it is the SN95 stuff to convert the rear to disc, same as a 5lug swap on a fox mustang and adding rear disc.

Here's the one I was talking about:

What driveline are you going with, or is that still classified?

Thanks Ray, I'll probably start a thread with more pics once more parts get here and I start putting it together.

Dan - That looks sick! Is that a Terminator motor?

I'm gonna be using a Coyote motor, TKO600 with midshift, 4 into 4 headers, Boss intake manifold, SCT X-Cal 3, probably a tune from Jon Lund with the "ghost cams", return fuel system, 3.55 gears. Thinking about putting my CCW Classics on it.

Yeah its got the Terminator driveline in it, T56, custom driveshaft and a ford 8.8 SRA from Shaggy's old Mustang. I'll have to see if I can find the pics from my DSLR of it.

A coyote motor will be awesome in there, I can't wait to see progress on it!

When we built a Daytona Coupe, I am pretty sure we used Mustang wheels on the car. Had 315s out back with 10.5 inch rim, and 275s up front on a 9. There was plenty of room. On my dad's Superformance (which should have similar room), we ran a 275 up front on a 10", and a 335 out back on an 11". They were pin drive wheels. There is a TON of room to fit tire on these cars.
