school me on an 03 saleen!!

at my new job, they have a just traded 03 orig. non supercharged saleen.... just looking under the hood it has a fenderwell CAI, pulleys, bigger front swaybar i assume(its red), and looks to have 30lb injectors?? they are red also... whats the story on this saleen, is faster than a reg mustang GT of that year?? anything special or just a bunch of GFX, different bumpers and wheels?? it sounds really good and has 19k miles. I think my price would be around 19 or so.... sticker is 23k and advertised in the paper at $21xxx

If memory serves the N/A Saleens were mostly a nice body kit, and handleing upgrades. I believe the exhaust was supposed to be worth a few horsepower over the GT's, but not much over a GT powerwise.

C'mon, the pulleys and CAI gotta be worth at least another 3-5.5 HP.
