I finally drove a real muscle car!!! .... (sike)
Next I'm growing my 1980's mullet back!!
What a hideous looking vehicle. If I wasn't sitting at my desk right now I'd throw up all over the place!

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump
How'd you like the blind spots, big plastic twinkie dash and the 2-5 gear changes?

You'll hate the 6spd. I hate the shifter, the shotty interior, the blind spots, the space in the trunk, the trunk opening...
The only reason anyone would buy a new camaro is because they're fanboys; that's it.

When you emailed me and said you should just sell the 500, cause you didn't drive it, I thought you were kidding!? WTF man? Lol

I am a fanboy but i still dont like the way the 5th gen camaro looks
I actually like the look of the new camaro. Guess i'm in the major minority. Have never driven one though, so i cant speak of the blind spots and quality. Really like the challenger and have tried to make myself buy one onseveral occasions, but every time I drive one, the slowness disappoints me.
I am not a bow-tie boy but I beg the differ. Mullet-maro out sold the Mustang last year and last I check the trend has continued this year.

I'm surprised to hear this....
I'm not a HUGE fan of the looks of the camaro, but it has grown on me a lot... i find it acceptable now-a-days... UNTIL i sit down in the interior... i just can't do it... just can't do it... ugh... yuck
From now on, Corvettes will be my only GM performance vehicle (other than what i have)

I'd be very surprised if the Camaro out sells the mustang in 2011. Anyone that did a little research in the latter half of the 2010 model year could see that some major changes were coming for the mustang and would have most likely held off and I would assume that would be why the #'s were down. I still feel bad for anyone I see driving a 2010 mustang.

I can understand the Camaro outselling the Mustang in 2010...but more due to the word getting out about the new 5.0 coming in 2011 killing the 2010 Mustang sales. I would be really surprised if the 2011 Camaro SS has outsold the 2011 Mustang GT, especially on the heels of all the reviews showing the Mustang dominating the Camaro in all performance categories.

My buddy has a 6 speed SS. The car is nowhere near as bad as you guys are making it out to be. Quick, comfortable, decent handling for a land yacht. I prefer the Mustang (by a pretty wide margin I will admit), and it should be said that the year they debuted, the SS SMOKED the standard GT, and had nearly the same performance numbers as the GT500 for much less money. '11 has changed all that, but give the car some credit.
