How do I know if I need a 50 oz or 28oz flywheel? I have a 1987 5.0 HO mustang with an AOD. I am converting to a T5 and need to know what flywheel balance I need.

How do I know if I need a 50 oz or 28oz flywheel? I have a 1987 5.0 HO mustang with an AOD. I am converting to a T5 and need to know what flywheel balance I need.

1982-1995 production 302 H.O's have a 50 oz.-in. imbalance. Use a 50 oz.-in. balance flywheel as long as it is a factory shortblock with in those years.
