Thread: need help asap

    We got it fixed. The boot was destroyed and the spark plug was just floating. No plug blow out and the threads were perfect. Must of some how ratted loose after the boot blew. Got a new one, checked all the plugs, and its up and going.

    Thanks for the help, glad it wasnt the plug that blew.

    Definitely is a good thing, dodged a bullet! Dunno what it is about mod motors and spark plugs...

    Not being properly torqued down most times.

    Torque to 250 ft lbs and be sure to use loctite.

    Ill be sure to torque em to 300 lbs to be safe...

    Glad you got it fixed my f150 did the same thing but i had to fix the threads drill tap and timesert installed

    Torque to 250 ft lbs and be sure to use loctite.
