We did this with two sheds about 10 years ago both wooden about 12x12. I'm not sure how they got it lifted the first couple of inches but eventually they got it up enough to put a jack under it then kept jacking the sides and putting blocks under it until they could back my cousins equipment trailer under it. Then they lowered it down onto the trailer and strapped it down from every place they could. Luckily we only had to take them a few miles and repeat the first steps to get it down. The only problem then was to get the jack out after all the blocks are gone, which I believe they used a long board as a fulcrum and put two guys on the board and yanked the jack out which pushed hard on the board and threw the two guys in the air but not high enough to get hurt.
