Yea the pullies would work on those years. i had them on a 1997 V6 T-bird.... and i'll post pics of the lights as soon as i can.

will the brace fit an 01 v-6 coupe if so I may be interested is it the type that mounts to the firewall and the towers or just side to side?

it should fit V6 coupe and yes it does attach to the firewall and the strut towers, i'll do some research for you to make sure it does fit.:)
