Mike at Wolfpack Speed on Campbells Run has a dyno - that's about as close to home as it gets.

The only thing we don't do with push rod cars is custom tuning

There a little garage in Sarver that has a dyno also....I've been by it a lot for work but don't know the name.

Has anyone ever used the dyno at Wyotech?

WolfPack Speed - Pittsburgh, PA - Dynojet
    Jsdyno - Verona,pa - Awd Mustang Dyno
    FjPerformance - Delmont,pa - Dynojet
Tpg Tuning - Wyotech blairsville,pa - Awd Dynojet
    ********** - McClellandtown Pa - Mustang Dyno
OstDyno - Portersville, PA - Mustang Dyno
    Pittsburgh Performance - Clairton,pa - Dynojet

I have been to jsdyno, fjperformance, and pittsburgh performance. All were great places. I will say this. The dynos are more of a tool to show gains from mods than anything. In my experience Mustang dynos read lower than dynojets so if your going for bigger numbers go dynojet :)

I need to get mine tuned as well.
I would prefer to take to Mike, but he doesn't tune carbs.
Who is the best CARB guy here and I want to stay as close to the east side of Pittsburgh as possible.
I know of the "uniontown guy", but I have heard some really bad stories of cars being not taken care of while they were down their. (just leave it at that, don't want to start sH*t on rumors)

Any good, and I mean GOOD carb guys out there? Could care less about the numbers, just want a safe A/F ratio.

As for hearing stories and rumors about shops, there is probably a story about every shop on that list. As for the shop in "Uniontown", I leave my car there all the time without worry and I dont trust anyone, that says a lot.

I know a lot of Evo. Wrx. and sti guys that have used wyotech's dyno but thats about it. Nate from Slowboyracing is the tuner there. He now owns Tpg tuning. He tunes more out of JsDyno now i believe.

i think most places are going to charge around $100 per hour to tune your own car on their dyno... Wolfpack, for example, has a tuner that can come in, and i'm sure its some sort of package deal....

Also, if ur just getting power pulls, its usually something like $50 for 3 pulls or something - maybe a little more

That is correct... Nate tuned my car at Wyotech back in 2007 or 2008, and now just tuned it again last week at J&S... J&S reads VERY low - they said 22% lower than a Dynojet - but Mustang dyno's are supposed to be better tuning tools... They said i was only the second car to break 600rwhp on the J&S dyno (a GT-R broke 700 recently) .. on one pull we were over 700rwhp at 4500rpms when he let out, but that was at 16psi, which is more than I want to run

Haha ya it reads pretty low. That gtr had the 900hp kit on it i believe so that goes to show you how low that thing reads. It was definately a heartbreaker when i was on there as well.

    Jsdyno:

We couldn't lock out 4th due to not having an sct so we just did it in third. Normal mustang dynos are around 320hp/300hp for stock 2012 5.0's. That thing read 306/293. I was at a dynojet two weeks later for a dyno day and put down 367/336.

I know of at least 6 cars that made over 600whp at JS Dyno and one of them was over 1000hp. Sick numbers though.
