Bummed, my tips have dents

Ordered my self a axle back for Christmas and both tips have dents in them. One of them wouldn't be seen once installed but one is right on the very tip of the tip.

I was pretty excited to hear this baby rumble. Prolly be over a week till I get a new set back.

I'm sure once American Muscle gets back in from the holidays they will make it right. It sucks you took the stockers off and had to put them back on and it also sucks that you have to wait a couple weeks now until they can send you new ones out due to the holidays.

And what made it worse is I pulled the old stuff off before I opened the box. So after the hi low moment I had to put the stock stuff back on. Kinda added insult to injury.

I'm sure they will get it right. I've delt with them before without issues. I'll continue to buy from the in the future. This kinda stuff happens.

Once I ordered $6000 worth of parts from a shop online and when I got ot the turbo was gone. Some one from ups stole it. They sent me another one same day.

Now that I think about it this really isn't that bad. Just sucks that I have to wait.

I had that happen too. They will make you pay for a replacement set and you will need to send your damaged ones back. When they receive the damaged ones, they will credit your account for the replacement cost.

American Muscle is a good business for sure. Plus there are a few discount codes floating around the internet that will negate the sales tax since we have to pay it with them. Call them and they'll make it right Im sure.

Can't tell much of a diff on my phone but sounds nice in person. I like that I can here it cruising around town and not only when you throw the meat to her.

Well when I sell some wheels I'll be Getting boss intake c&l cai and sct. That's should be it for a while.

i was going to go with a boss intake manifold as well but after hearing more people having problems with them than loving them i decided against it. I don't want to lose some low end for the extra little top end the boss intake manifold gives. Any idea of who you're going to get the intake/sct? I was personally going to go with Bama/american muscle because of the #8 warranty but after reading a lot of people on svtperformance and s197 forums have to send there tunes back like 10 times before they get it right. I've decided just to go with a lund tune and im not sure if i want to order from evo or lethal performance yet.

I'll prolly go with am/bamma tune. I've delt with mail order tunes before. Some times it takes a few try's to get it perfect. Most of the time you get a safe tune that can be tweaked by you. It's hard to get a perfect mail order tune cause every car is diff. You can't expect to get dyno tune from a mail order tune.

I've never had a sct before I'm hopeing it's as easy ad the diablosport that I had a couple years ago on my neon.
