I have and my calculations and the truck are about spot on. last time i did it the truck was only .1 off.. remember its an ss not a base model truck
Why is that TA so heavy? It's as heavy as a GT 500 or new Slowmaro.

In B4 some Cummins guys claim to get 25 mpg towing 8,000 lbs (my '11 gets about 11 towing an 8k 48' flatbed cruising at 75-80, maybe 13 cruising at 62 which I never do).

They are full of shit my 05 cummins gets about 10 mpg pulling about 9000 pounds
I've hauled thousands and thousands of miles with my 2001 F-150 Super Crew 5.4L and it gets 10-11.5 mpg with a trailer load (6K-7K). This is not for a business but just collecting crap for myself and others. You diesel guys do it with more power and probably faster but the 5.4L has worked well for me.

My Dodge gets 12mpg towing 32 ft enclosed loaded down. My SS I had only got 13mpg not towing. But it had bigger injectors/tune.

I know a buddy of mine had an '08 2500HD CCSB 4x4 6.0 and his display said we were getting like 17mpg beating the phuck out of the truck. I know thats wrong because cruising at 70mph completely highway driving my 07.5 RCLB 6.0 4x4 got a hand calculated 15mpg.
