    Mustang 5.0 LX Notch

1991 Mustang LX original 5.0 V8 car from Florida, completely rust free body. Car has power brakes, power windows, power door locks and A/C. This car can be either street driven or raced. Very “Streetable”! Car runs 11.60’s as seen. Note: has mild street converter for driveability purposes, car will run 11 teens with looser converter. Car was originally white was repainted 10 years ago paint is in very good condition with of course has some minor normal wear marks. Interior of car is very clean and in overall excellent condition. Trunk of car is also very clean with no signs of any rust. As we all know these cars are getting very hard to find especially rust-free bodies and what I am asking for this car is as much as the drivetrain costs.

Engine: 1991 roller block, block was acid dipped, line bored, bored 30 over with torque plates and zero decked. Scat steel stroker crank shaft, scat steel rods, probe 12 1/2 to 1 forged pistons, assembly was balanced with ATI fluid dampener. Ford motorsport aluminum cylinder heads ported and polished, comp cams full roller rockers, comp cams push rods, comp cams extreme energy hydraulic roller 565 intake 574 exhaust advertised duration is 282/290, comp cams valve springs, locks, and retainers. Victor intake manifold, quick fuel holley 750 double pumper and holley electric fuel pump. MSD Ignition System. Note: Engine was Professionally Built

Transmission: C4 TCI complete new unit with precision street mild 10” 3000 stall converter. Transmission will automatically shift and is a non-manual valve body. Custom made aluminum drive shaft with heavy duty universals.

Rear-End: 8.8 with strange axles, ford motor sport 4:10 gears, spool, and girdle.

Suspension: Frame connectors front 80/20 struts, flaming river manual steering rack, custom upper and lower rear control arm, rear 50/50 shocks and drive shaft safety loop.

Wheels/Tires: Weld Street Light Wheels with rear tires. Rear tires are Mickey Thompson 3753R – ET Street Radial Drag Tires, P275/50R15 (26” x 11.5” – 15”), R2 Compound, Special Sidewall Construction for Quicker Launches. Front tires are Cooper Lifeliner Touring SLE 185/65R15.

Exhaust System: Hooker full length headers with 3” exhaust into 40 series flomasters and dumps.

    Howe aluminum radiator
Drivetrain has less than 1500 miles it

    Re: Dealer

Yes, I own a few businesses...however, this particular car is a personal car and project of mine.

He is a dealer. I've seen the car for sale on his website. I guess it might be different if he contributed something useful to the site, not just joining and placing his car for sale as his first post.

Does anyone contribute anything useful on this site regarding mustangs or tech?

Certainly the multi-page e-peen wacking fest about tuning wasn't a quality read.

A recent thread about buying a house without a realtor came with a comment of "one of the best threads on here in a while" or something to that effect.

About the only people that actually "contribute something worthwhile" to the site would be the owner, the admins, and the site vendors/supporters. (and Bob Myers..LOL)

If I was looking to buy a mustang and was interested in the OP's car, I would be grateful it was posted here and that those who contribute something worthwhile make this website and classifieds section possible.

Yes I am a dealer, yes I own a business but more importantly I am the personal owner of this vehicle and have personally driven this vehicle. I am not trying to offend anyone by posting an ad with my business name, I just had very convenient access to the pictures and ad description on my website. If anyone feels that this is offensive or wrong I will gladly remove the ad or terminate my account. I have several friends on this site and could have easily used on of their accounts but I am not trying to hide who I am. I don't think that would be the respectable thing to do. I have heard that this was very respected mustang forum and I thought it would be a great place to try to sell the car. Will a site administrator please contact me if they would like me to change something? I hope that everyone will help a new member out as a community not strike back for a simple mistake.

I, personally do not have a problem with it. I dont know about others but as I stated above, looks very clean with tasteful mods that will sell to the right buyer! Best luck with the sale!
