Twin Turbo Kit

I have someone interested in my TC engine and tranny but he needs to sell this first and hasn't had any luck so I told him I'd post it for him to try to help with the sale. If interseted let me know and I'll give you his contact info.

Here's the info he gave me:

It's an universal twin turbo kit from Turbonetics. It uses t3/t4 turbos. Comes with just about everything needed including all the piping, all the oil feed hoses and fittings to tap into ur oil system, inter cooler, waste gates and blow off valves, hose clamps and rubber sleeves. It's a brand new, never used, still in boxes kit that was around $2600 new. I'm askin $1200 just to move it.

I'm not sure what hot side means, I wrote him again and he's not sure either. But I went to turboneticsinc.com and checked the number he gave and it looks like 1 turbo alone goes for $933. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm just trying to help him sell it so he can buy my TC engine and tranny. I've not even met him yet.

The guys on the other site don't think it's a turbonetics kit, that it could actually be an ebay kit. He wrote back to me after I questioned him and said he bought it from a friend of his that lost his job and needed cash for Christmas and he's just going by the info he was given. I'll check to see if he has any other numbers on the kit. If anyone wants to make a reasonable offer on it I'll run it by him, he's just trying to sell it so he can get my engine and tranny.

I hear ya. I think you and I have dealt, but never met, so I guess you take a chance right?

Yeah when you do alot of selling on the net you pretty much have to. Most of the time it turns out. You must have had a T-Bird then?

no, i believe it was some 302 parts, roller rockers or lifters maybe? been a while.
