i have a 88 coupe and im looking to covert it to mass air. i need an engine harness anyways so i figure i would grab the whole engine harness and ecm. im going manual. can i use an ecm for an automatic or does it have to be one for a stick. thanks

Either the Auto or Manual ECM will work.
does the year matter? ive been told that only 89 will work. i just want to make sure
The 89 mass air harness is a direct plug in for 87 - 88.
