    Fairway Ford - Canfield OH

We've been looking at new F150's for a month or so. We've got Xplan and were waiting a couple months before pulling the trigger. Today I find out Fairway Ford is having a 25% off sale on F150's. I immediately think it's a scam, but curiosity got the best of me, so I called. FX4 MSRP 47,700, buy it price 35775. That's waaaay below invoice. Guy I talked to was no pressure - you want it, you where it is.

That price seems too good to me. I picture driving up there and them pulling all the stops out for add ons, undercoating, etc. I don't like that crap and usually walk when that starts. Anyone know anything about these guys???

I just bought a truck off them a month ago. Decent guys to deal with. Sales guy I dealt with was a good dude, ask for Rick "Rodney" Anderson.

I've never delt with them but I no they sell an ass load of trucks. That is a great deal. I bought my truck in Nov. and it was 38,100 sticker and I ended up getting almost 7g's off sticker. I thought that was a hell of a deal. You'd best jump on that.

We're finally back home. The deal was pretty good. They work it a little funny. The factory MSRP was 49,700, the all the way up top. 25% off that sell price was 37275. They don't give the rebates, except on the financing. Only haggling would be on the trade. We had a range and they were right dab in the middle so we just went with it.

Comparatively we had x plan and going that route would've cost us about 4500 more. They HATE getting FX4 and Lariat's and try to trade them away to other dealerships because they lose on them big. I don't know what their cars deals are like, the sales guys alluded to that's where they make their cash.

ModularMike, thanks for the refer. We went with Rodney and he was a decent guy.

FX4 with $2500 tv screen smaller than my ipad. The wife's new toy and she better play with it every single we're in it. There were a few options on it we wouldn't have ordered, but you gotta pick it from the lot. I think Platinums come in around 53 or so.

I had an 05 XLT reg cab with 37K on it, I would've kept that truck another 5-10 yrs...now with one kid and another in the works we need the room. She was fine in her infant seat in the center, then we put her next seat in and it was not working out.

No pics yet, it's black and filthy plus it's dark outside so it all scares me.

Took three weeks to finally get a chance to wash it up.

Tint guy is coming tomorrow. Level is on the way, then it's time to convince the wife we need better rubber on it.

Those wheels are gorgeous. The rest of the truck is sweet too!
