How many people here pay for car storage?

I was just curious to see how many people on here pay for winter storage, or even storage for warmer months too. I own a building lot in the washington area and was planning on building a garage just for this purpose.

How much is the usual monthly storage fee you guys are paying? Is it heated? 24 hour access ect? Thanks for any input!

I can squeeze 3 cars into my garage. Only heated when I'm in it working.
Couple neighbors have asked me about renting a space but I just keep my Fox in there all by itself.

It seems like there's enough people who pay for storage to take the risk of building it...just would want to cover any monthly payment from the building costs, and not taking 20 years to pay off.

In my eyes as disillusioned as they may be I'm stuck around the fifty dollar area. And by that I mean fiftyish a month for just regular no heat no light indoor storage.
