Yeah man, that'll be fun. From the #'s in your sig I'd say you have me covered on the street. I don't think I'll be trapping quite that high. I'm hoping for at least 135 once I get it tuned on E85 though so it should be at least close.

Says the guy who hasn't driven his mustang in a couple years

I have been dragging a little bit though. I was waiting for this to come in. It's the last main piece I need. I'm hoping to have it running at least by the end of next week. Going to have it tuned on 93 at ~17 PSI now then hopefully E85 at ~23 PSI shortly after.

Nice build Ray, I actually charged the batteries in my Z06 and GT last night so I can move them around and start to work on them. I have a ton to do on the mustang, I just hope to accomplish enough to have it running for Carlisle.

I wish I was already done. The 10 day forecast looks amazing! At least I won't be freezing my ass off in the garage anymore. What do you have planned for the mustang? Gonna finally put that turbo kit to good use?

I can't say that the turbo is going on for sure, but I will soon have the fuel system to support whatever power adder I wish to put on if any. There are too many other things that would also need to be changed before I could put any sort of power adder on it and I don't see me having the time or funds to do it this summer. The cam, gears, etc all would need changed.

Made a little progress recently. Got the whipple bolted down, belt back on, all the vacuum hoses routed. Stopped working on the engine when I realized my throttle cables are now about an inch longer than they should be. Found a mod online for the throttle cable, but I'm not sure what to do about the cruise control cable. I guess I'll just hope it takes out it's own slack or something.

Also got the new wheels in today so I put on the fronts and painted the calipers. Still gotta get the rear tires mounted up before I can put those on. After that I just need to wire in the fuel pumps, put the tank back in, then get to work on the data logging/tuning.

Almost ready for cruisin. Still have a little tuning left to do. Hopefully be able to hit the rollers in a week or two for WOT tuning on 93. Here's a little idle vid I made this afternoon. Still gotta get the rear tires mounted up on the new wheels.

Yeah, I'm eventually going to get it tuned on E85. Just not sure exactly when I'll get a chance to get it tuned on it. I bought a E85 tester so I need to run down to Sheetz and get a gallon or so to see what the percentage is this time of year. According to the monthly mixture charts for this area it's supposed to still be E70 until around July, but who knows what it'll actually be. I'd like to have it tuned on E85 before July, but we'll see how things go.

Yeah, I'm still not a huge vert fan either actually, but it's growing on me. The first time I can put the top down on a sunny day will probably win me over completely, lol.

Yeah, I've been wanting black chrome FR500's for a few years. Finally got around to getting a set. Didn't imagine then that they'd be going on a silver vert though
