135 shipped. These are the ones that mount on the valve stem. They wouldn't work with my dads 07 so he had to get the old ones switched over and hes just trying to recoup the fee for that. The bands alone were 80 bucks. These are for all 4 BTW and they are off of GB/CS's stock wheels and have very low miles.
