Switching Electric Providers?

Penelec seems to be going all up in me as of late with this damn bill. Where my bill used to be around 100 bucks a month, its now closer to 150 I was wondering if anyone else has dumped Penelec and went with another provider. Is there a good site that shows different kWh rates? Im currently getting railed at 8.18 cents per kWh

Check out this site, it will list all available companies with their current rates:

I just switched myself. I think I was able to get 7.10 but there are lower rates, I just wasn't familiar with those companies.
