Car I just picked up had a harness bar with 4 pt. Schroth harnesses (out of date, fine for autocross) installed. I have no use for it, would be great for autocross or pimping hoes. The bar is for 94-04, although it will probably fit other years, if you want it you are welcome to give it a try. $150 for everything, buying this new would probably be 400.
Bar also has camera mount.

The brackets on the ends (hard to see in pics) just bolt to where the factory seat belts bolt. Nothing needs to be cut, and still allows use of the factory belts.
