Small shot of juice, or an entry level blower. Basic bolt ons won't do it

whats your thoughts on putting a blower on an engine with close to 130000 miles on it? should i look into some forged internals?

If you want low boost and 350 RWHP I'd leave it alone. If the tune is right you should be fine.

    Or this:

    http://youtu.be/ei4FkUArEZg

This was my old GT. Bolt-ons, catted x and cat back, Zex 125 wet shot with supporting mods, and a custom tune.

It put down 361/506 with stock long block and manifolds.

No problem at all boosting an engine with some miles on it. However I would recommend doing a compression and leakdown test to make sure it had a clean bill of health. If it has any weaknesses you will find out quickly with boost.
