I really hate the Salleen bumper on no salleen new edges. The yellow one isn't bad looks like a clean build. I agree your two are the nicest.

The yellow car started life as a V6. It sounds amazing.
Yellow car is badass. Hours on hours of fab. Rest of the cars are showing stock motors. Why lift the hoods.
What is the red thing in the yellow car pics? Power wire or something?? Strange looking.

Yeah he goes up there every year. Hes an older guy probably in his 50's. The car started life as a GT. The car is put together well but it is sporting a lot of mis-badging. It does have a Cobra R badge on the rear. Not my style. He got 1st place, the black GT got second, and my dad's GT/CS got third for the mustangs.Originally Posted by Slow01GT
Im not sure what the red wire/line is on the yellow car. I saw it today sticking out unhooked under the hood by the window. Im sure he is still working on the car. He has the exhaust routed out in front of both rear tires with tips that resemble older NASCAR square tips. The look great.
On a funnier note, I heard a guy telling another guy that my dad's California Special had a special high emissions engine cleared to be sold in California. I also heard another guy telling someone my car was a GT that I badged with older Mach 1 badgingLOL

He got compliments on them at the show. He loves them. Yeah the jeep was in the show. The guy told me he had a dodge dart and the day of the show the transmission took a crap so he entered his jeep. There was also a dodge minvan with a pink hood and stick on autozone hood-scoop. It also looked like the guy lived inside. There was a phone book on the passenger floor among mcdonalds bags.

You shold've stopped by and said hello! Yeah it won. The chick with the mullet. It was as world of wheels in Pittsburgh too. She is at about every show I go to. Ive placed higher than her at a few shows when I had my Roush clone Cougar. Hell the headlights were molded in crooked on the front. The problem is, none of the judges there are car enthusiasts. It doesn't matter to me. It gives me a chance to clean my car up and walk around and talk to other car guys. If I wanted to win trophies at car shows, Id install some lambo doors

Thank you sir! Im thinking about picking up a set of 1" wheel spacers for the rear until I can get some springs/struts/wheels. What do you all think? Opinions wanted! These damn new edge cars got mini tubs in the back.
