Yes, it is. I'm very biased on it. I like it but I don't.

Its a 6.0. I actually just now finished the 05 headlights. Basically cut out the entire bucket and the 05-07 lights bolt right in.

Exactly. Took me bout an hour and a half fooling around. Soldering in the connections and painting the old header cause you could see white through it.

You changing the bumper to the 05-07 also?

not sure yet, if it does happen its going to be a winch bumper and a harley grille. My friend has a new in the box conversion grille for the older bumper, if I can get it off him for the right price that might be what goes in it

Gotcha. If you can find the 05 and up grill, all you need to do is cut about 3/4" off the bottom of it, cur some of the header and drill 2 holes for zip ties. Its almost impossible to tell the difference.

Haha. You and Dave both read that wrong. FILTER cap. Hahaha. Actually I sent it back. I got the autometer adaptor fitting for the fuel bowl to get a pressure reading. Hat was the idea for the cap. It has a port on top to get pressure.

Whatcha his wanna know? Basically just take some tape and measure up about 3/4 inch from the bottom. Follow the contour and use a cut off wheel on a grinder. You will have to cut the back side also cause of the back half. Its pretty thick. I used a 6" wheel. The lower portion of the header panel needs a little trimming on the corners. Then you drill 2 1/4" holes to attach the zip ties. Can't see or tell it was cut. Or you can spend a grand or more and get the 05 bumper then get it painted to match.

Rob - how quick is your truck? Sure seems like a beast. Have you been to the track or hooked up a G-Tech to test it out?
