Buyer #1: I'll take it! I'm coming tonight to check it out. (Canceled) Tried again and said I'll be there saturday for sure. (a surgery "popped" up he had to pay for and backed out)
Buyer #2: I'm in the oil fields and my wifes coming to look at it with a friend. She showed up, checked it out, liked it. They went to the bank and got approved. Made a deposit yesterday and I wake up to a text this morning saying..."Oh no, we wrecked our car, we need the deposit back and can no longer buy."
Buyer #3: BETTER TAKE IT FOR REAL OR SHOULDN'T CONTACT ME.
