04 Mach 1, what rear gears?

I have an 04 mach 1, with cat back, lowering springs, staggered wheel combo, sub frame connectors, shocks struts etc.. Basically I'm working on making this more of a track car and i was wondering which gears would be best.
I had 3.73s in my GT and loved them, but for my mach I'm thinking of either 4.10 or 4.30s. Any opinions? and i put my 3.73s in last time, but id rather just take it to a shop this time. If i have the gears, what shop near pittsburgh would be best to take it to? (on a budget)

I put 4:10's in my Mach 1. I wish I had gone with 4:30's. My car is used mostly for drag racing.

    I ran a 4.10 and a 4.56 in my Mach. I absolutely loved the 4.56.
edit: I think you should play around with some RPM/tire size/mph calculators to determine your ET goals and pick a gear from there.
4.56 got me into mid 12's and had enough room to get it into 11's.

I was thinking about gears but we plan on taking ours to shows/cruises/day trips etc and Im digging running 70 mph on the freeway @ around 1900 RPM's with the 3.55's. I was thinking about 4.10's though but Im on the fence as well. Those of you with 4.10's, what kinda RPM's are you turning on the freeway? Plus the speedo needs adjusted too correct? I really don't plan on taking mine to the strip. I just want a little more kick in the seat.

Edit: Nevermind, The thread below answered all my questions. 4.10's for me I guess.
