Cleaning black wheels

I put a set of matte black wheels on my truck just before winter. When I cleaned them up today they still looked a little gray to me. I assume from the salt. Whats the best cleaner to make them look nice and black again? They also have some plastic chrome accents in them so I would need something safe on that as well.

Black wheels are just supposed to look like chit! If you want them to look good, replace them with chrome ones!
