nice '98 Mk VIII on CL

    low miles and very purdy...

    http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/2957122040.html

"Like new 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII Collector's Edition. Every available option including HO V8 300+HP with an average of 26 highway MPG, Air Ride Suspension, Power Sunroof, JBL sound system... The car has been garage kept since it was new and never driven in the snow. It has 40K miles, good inspection, tires are nearly new... In 1998, this car was one of 1500 Collector's Editions ever made and came at a cost of 42K. I have everything for it including the original window sticker, all the 99.9% pure silver auto plates from Lincoln... I am asking 10,000.00 for it or best offer. If you are looking at a new Kia, Hyundai... vehicle, this is 100 times the vehicle for a lot less money. Also, there is aprox 10 OZ of pure silver that goes with it. Not sure what silver is worth per ounce, but if it is anything like gold, the silver will pay for the car. If interested, call Joe at 724-694-5522"

I'm not sure what is going on with the "10 oz of pure silver that goes with it"... That seems a little shady. I had thought silver was pretty high in value...
But it seems it is only around $28.90 per ounce? Maybe tell the guy $7500 for the car and he can keep the silver...

Here is the details of those cars and the details on the silver. If you was really buying it as a collector, you would likely want those ...
