I went to roll the window up in my Crown Vic. and the regulator broke. No bid deal. I took the door panel off and cut the cable so I could push it up and down by hand until Monday. The window fell down in the door too far for me to grab it with my hand, so I grabbed it with needle nose pliers. I musta grabbed a little to hard because, smash, the window shattered. I hate working on / spending money on my cars when they break. Especially the daily driver.
I feel your pain. Crap like that always happens to me...except for yesterday when I finished up the replacement of the front brake lines / hoses on my F150. I probably jinxed myself now...
